If I can help be part of that — whether it’s raising money, or awareness, or just letting those family farmers know someone knows and cares — well, that’s why I’m coming to New England.” Buy Farm Aid tickets

‘My fans are used to a lot of energy and a lot of fun,’ explains the three-in-a-row and current Academy of Country Music and triple and reigning Country Music Association Entertainer of the Year. “So when you’re trying to make a big show out of what we’re already doing, you have to really pay attention, really make sure you’ve got the very best of the best because we’re trying to give them as much as they throw back at us.... It’s gonna be a great summer,” he enthuses. “I have some of my very favorite acts and some people who are so cool to hang out with - and we’re gonna get to make an awful lot of music. Isn’t that what this is supposed to all about? I can’t wait...”

Hi, i had tickets to the concert Sunday the 13th 2008 of July. Did not go due to weather and my health. Wanted to see pics and details. I love Kenny and the gang of Poets and Pirates. Anyone help? Thanks so much.
By tammy from atlanta, GA on July 14, 2008
OMG...What an awesome show....Gary Allan, his whole number in the pouring down rain, what an inspriation to those of us who love music and the performers, Leann Rimes barefooted in the rain again WOW, Sammy who knows how to rock a house, Brooks and Dunn with the MIlitary tribute.....FANTASTIC ....Jen with her number one from Sugarland..., and then Kenny himself.....I guess god knows what he is doing....the boy with the guitar at the end of an endless, breathless, heartstopping show that captured the very essence of America but also the very thing that makes us all just a little vunerable...KINDNESS, and making it count.
I knew when I woke up the next morning that a boys life was made in a moment, he will never forget....and all of ours, it’s little acts of kindness like this that inpires us all to be better than we are.....
Kenny you are of a special breed, one that we not only relate too, but all wish we were even on our good days....
Thanks for the memory and may God continue to Bless you and all of the people associted with your life....
I will never forget.....and by the way, thanks for the ticket...and
Operation Homefront

whats an ideal time to get to the parking lot at Gillette? wanna get there before the majority of the crowd does… heard they might open it early because of crazy traffic on the highway??
By Amanda on July 24, 2008
I got an email today from Gilette saying they are not opening the parking lots until 1:30!!!
By amy from Salem on July 24, 2008
It’s true...the parking lots do not open until 1:30 at Gillette. They are cracking down on underage drinking, and no one will be allowed to walk between parking lots with alcohol. They say that they will not allow anyone without a tickey to enter a parking lot.
By Rachel on July 24, 2008
cant we still go to the lawn lots at 10? those are more fun anyways in my opinion! also does anyone know what time keith goes on in boston?
By Meaghan on July 25, 2008

By jeff on July 29, 2008
Hi, can you tell me the line up for the Houston show at Reliant Stadium?
By Laurie from Angleton, Texas on July 29, 2008
Jeff - Jennifer Nettles made an appearance at the Atlanta show. Kenny brings up special guests at various shows, so its possible there will be surprises in Detroit. Sugarland will be traveling from Oregon to Canada, so it’s not likely she be in Detroit.
Laurie - the Houston lineup is scheduled as Gary Allan, LeAnn Rimes, Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney.
By Jarrod Vrazel on July 30, 2008

By Melissa from Indiana on August 01, 2008
A bunch of us are going to the concert at Ford Field tomorrow and I have the set list for Leann, & Kenny (THANKS) but does anyone have any idea about Gary & Keith!!! I am so excited
By Kelly from Toledo, Ohio on August 01, 2008
I went to the Riverbend concert on Thursday and it totally rocked! Kenny was incredible. Leann was okay. Of course I am not a big fan of hers. I was there for Kenny of course! Kenny does do that line up of songs for the most part but did throw in a few oldies of other artists. He was incredible. I was 15th row and got some great pics. I will definately be there next year. Hopefully closer. If you are going to one of his upcoming concerts trust me you won’t be disappointed!
By leah from cincinnati on August 01, 2008

By Renee from detroit michigan on August 02, 2008
Hi Renee - the up and coming star winner for Detroit was The Frankie Ballard Band. Hope you enjoyed the show.
By Jarrod Vrazel on August 02, 2008
The concert was great in Detroit,Mi ,I was in the fifth row in section C ,especially when Keith got down in the crowd and sign one guy cast which just shows me that he still connect with his fans. The only DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE SECURITY STAFF THERE FROM THE SECURITY COMPANY THAT WAS NOT UP FOR A CONCERT OF THIS SIZE.In away is sad for the people in the seats that payed the price for the up close seats, because their where people there under age drinking and people the too drunk to even drive home and they kept serving them.
By Karl Mundt from Detroit ,MI on August 03, 2008

Does anyone know what time the gates open to get into the sandbar? Do people line up early to enter the sandbar? I have tickets to the Indianapolis show. Thanks!
By Aimee from Louisville on August 28, 2008
Just saw Kenny in Jacksonville, FL last night. It was my first Kenny Concert! BEST CONCERT OF MY LIFE… EASY TO SEE HOW HE WON ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR! WOW! Anyway Miranda Lambert opened and my friends love her. I could have listened to Kenny perform along with his suprise guest Uncle Cracker all night long. I think Kenny would have played all night too if he could! Well, he kind of did. I would say Miranda Lanmbert played for 30 minutes and Kenny played from like 8pm till midnight. I hope to be in the sandbar next year. This guy is so phenomenal. He was signing lots of autographs around the sand bar at the end of show instead of ‘running away’ after the last song like so many other singers.
If you ever have the chance to go to a Kenny concert try to go. Kenny doesn’t dissapoint!
By Kim from Jacksonville, FL on August 31, 2008
The show last night in Jacksonville was awesome! Who came out to sing Rocky Mountain Way with Kenny? This was his best show ever!!!!!!!

Hi Guys,
I went to the Poets and Pirates Tour last night in St. Louis. I have a few questions and was hoping someone could answer them for me.
Who was the very first opening act? I could hear him singing but didn’t catch his name.
Also does anyone know the line up of songs both Miranda Lambert and Kenny did? Kenny ended up playing for 3 hours and he did a lot of cover songs that I knew but didn’t know the actual names of.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me!
Thanks!

I went to the Indy show and thought the concert was amazing. It was his last date, and he played for 3 hours straight. It was the best concert I’ve seen him in. He played other songs, yes, but he played so many more of his own. I paid a good amount of money and sat up front and it was worth EVERY second. The concert lasted a little over 8 hours and it was amazing!
