“I just wanted to say thank you, THANK YOU!  May family had a super time at WWDL.  The dinosaurs were so life like when they came out from behind the curtain that you forgot that there were people controlling them.  The effects like the plants growing and the flowers coming up out of the ground were really cool too.  The Stegosaurus got into a fight with the Allosaurus.  The plates along his back glowed red, like they say it would in all the books that we have read.  The two Torosaurs had a fight and then one of them even pooped, which any little boy would love.  Mine laughed of course.  There was a flying dinosaur, whose name I can’t spell.  The Brachiosaurus was huge!!!  Our seats were so awesome that we got to watch all of the dinosaurs come out from behind the curtain.  My kids loved it, it was like they stopped right in front of us to let us get a good look.  I liked the Utahraptors the best.  Of course the boys loved the T-Rex and the baby T-Rex.  The baby T-Rex was quite the little comedian.  The show was great for all ages.  My kids are 3 and 5 and when asked how they like it, my 3 year old summed it up as “cool.” He got up this morning and the first words out of his mouth were, “Did we go tot the dinosaurs last night,” and then I got a run down of the whole show.  Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to go see it and the seats were superb.  It was something our family will never forget.  Awesome details and cool special effects.  T-Rex shook the house!”

Billy Currington : Little Bit Of Everything

Billy Currington’s new album, Little Bit Of Everything, will be released October 14, 2008.  “People kept asking what kind of music they’d hear on this next album, whether it was going to be R&B, pop, country or rock, and I seemed to keep saying the same thing,” said Currington.  “It’s going to be a little bit of everything, I guess!”

The video for his new single, “Don’t,” was filmed in downtown Nashville.

Currington debuted in 2003 with the powerful Top 10 hit “Walk A Little Straighter”, followed by the Top 5 smash “I Got A Feelin’” and a duet with Shania Twain on “Party for Two” .  His second album, Doin’ Somethin’ Right, debuted at Number 2 on the country charts and further delivered with the hits.  “Good Directions” and “Must Be Doin’ Somethin’ Right” snagged him his first and second Number One singles.  The video for “Must Be Doin’ Somethin’ Right” won “Hottest Video of the Year” at the 2006 CMT Music Awards.  Currington has been nominated for awards from the Academy of Country Music and the Country Music Association, named to People magazine’s “Sexiest Man” list and chosen as an “On The Verge” artist by USA Today

Jamey Johnson Added to Farm Aid Lineup

Jamey Johnson has been added to the Farm Aid 2008 lineup and will join Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Kenny Chesney, and Dave Matthews for Farm Aid’s first-ever New England music festival on September 20, 2008 at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, Mass.

“I have no idea why Willie picked me to do this show, but I’ve been looking forward to it since I was a kid,” the Alabama native said of his participation in the event that has raised more than $30 million for the American farmer.  “He has been no less than a hero for the American farmer and for me too.”

The day-long festival will celebrate music and good food, featuring hands-on activities in the HOMEGROWN Village that will showcase the direct connection between who is growing our food and what we eat every day. The concert event will again feature family-farm identified, local and organic foods at concessions, setting an example of the many ways that family farm food can be integrated into the general marketplace. Other top artists will be announced.

Farm Aid’s mission is to build a vibrant family farm-centered system of agriculture in America. Farm Aid artists and board members Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews host an annual concert to raise funds to support Farm Aid’s work with family farmers and to inspire people to choose family-farmed food. Since 1985, Farm Aid has raised more than $30 million to support programs that help farmers thrive, expand the reach of the Good Food Movement, take action to change the dominant system of industrial agriculture and promote food from family farms.

USA Today = A COUNTRY CLASSIC “Johnson’s songs hit hard – every one of them a keeper.”

Paste Magazine - “This will be the best country record released in 2008. Hands down. This is wild, untamed music sung in a wild, untamed voice, and it’s brilliant.”

Miami Herald - “Johnson’s stark, cinematic That Lonesome Song is among the best country has offered in 2008.

American Songwriter - “The first great classic country album of 2008…if you like Jennings and Jones, Johnson is a shoe-in for heavy rotation new listening.”

Associated Press– “This ex-Marine redeems himself with the gutsiest, grittiest collection released by a Nashville major label in recent memory.”

The Washington Post – “The deep-voiced Johnson has that sad-eyed, straight-talking, storytelling quality that turned Waylon Jennings and George Jones into superstars.”

The Dallas Morning News – “Mr. Johnson created a country masterpiece for all eras.”

Billboard – “That Lonesome Song is a testament to raw and real.”
