2006 CMT Music Awards

The 2006 CMT Music Awards will be simulcast on CMT.com and the CMT Radio Network. Fans worldwide can watch the simulcast live Monday, April 10, 2006 on cmt.com, or listen to the show on CMT Radio Networks’ 131 affiliate radio stations across the country.

CMT has added live text message voting for Video of the Year. CMT will announce the four finalists in this category live at the beginning of the show, and fans can vote throughout the live broadcast at CMT.com and via text message to pick the night’s big winner for CMT’s fifth annual awards show, broadcast live from the Curb Events Center at Belmont University in Nashville on Monday, April 10, 2006 at 8 PM (EST) on CMT.


Hosted by Jeff Foxworthy, the show will feature performances by many of today’s top artists, including Sugarland, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, Toby Keith, Gretchen Wilson, Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Brooks & Dunn and Trace Adkins. Sugarland

Sugarland is nominated for Group/Duo Video of the Year with “Just Might (Make Me Believe),” Breakthrough Video of the Year (“Something More”) and Collaborative Video of the Year (“Who Says You Can’t Go Home” – Bon Jovi featuring Jennifer Nettles). Vote for Sugarland and cheer them on! To enter, click the “Win Tickets and cheer for Sugarland” link below and enter a few comments about your favorite Sugarland song.
