Country Thunder USA is pleased to announce the addition of Grammy Award-winning and multi-platinum recording artist Ronnie Milsap (“Smoky Mountain Rain,” “She Keeps The Home Fires Burning,” “I Wouldn’t Have Missed It For The World,” “Any Day Now,” “There’s No Getting Over Me”), popular Southwest-flavored country rockers Jason Boland & The Stragglers (“No One Left To Blame,” “Mexico or Crazy,” “Pearl Snaps”), legendary hit-making vocalist Lorrie Morgan (“Watch Me,” “What Part Of No,” “Something In Red”), rising talents Jamie Lee Thurston and Rio Grande and the entertaining genre cross-pollinating Villebillies to its concert lineup for the 1st Annual “Big Event” in panoramic Waxahachie / Ennis, Texas May 24-27, 2007. The nation’s premier country music and camping festival starring George Strait will feature performances from country music’s hottest stars, including Reba McEntire, Gretchen Wilson, Big & Rich, Phil Vassar and many more. Over 15,000 campers and 100,000 attendees are expected to make Texas’ first Country Thunder USA event a very memorable one. Waxahachie / Ennis is one of three hot spots across the nation slated to host Country Thunder USA 2007. Florence, Arizona hosts The Big Event April 12-15, 2007 and in Wisconsin, Twin Lakes & Randall co-host The Big Event July 18-22, 2007.
