Blake Shelton married Miranda Lambert on May 14, 2011 at the Don Strange Range in Boerne, Texas.  I’m married to my best friend!” Miranda told Us Weekly after the ceremony. “Looking forward to a lifetime of laughter.”  Blake added, “I wanted to be married to Miranda the day I proposed. Finally, it’s official!”

Reba McEntire, Dierks Bentley, Martina McBride, Charles Kelly and the Bellamy Brothers were amongst over 500 friends and family members who watch Miranda walk down the aisle wearing her mother’s wedding dress.

Dating since 2006, Blake proposed to Miranda in May 2010.  “I fumbled it up a little,” he told Us of the proposal. “It’s funny how you rehearse those things and go over what you want to say, but I probably screwed it up.”

This is Miranda’s first marriage and Blake’s second.  He was was married to Kaynette Williams from 2003-2006.

“My parents have been married for 33 years, so this dress is already a good-luck charm,” the bride tells the new issue of Us Weekly (on stands now). Keeping with her Southern roots, Lambert paired the gown with custom-made Casadei cowboy boots. (Lambert’s bridesmaids wore Old Gringo boots and custom-made gowns by Priscilla of Boston’s Mark Brower.
