Garth Brooks Atlanta

Garth Brooks returns to Atlanta for the first time in 18 years and the fans are ready.  Garth’s 1996 Atlanta appearance included five sold out shows.  Can he top it eighteen years later?

Within an hour of the first announced show (September 19) going on sale, the shows are selling out and more shows are being added.

News Update:  The initial onsale was marred by Ticketmaster issues.  After meeting with Ticketmaster, Garth Brooks has announced two new concert dates for Atlanta. The new shows will be Saturday, September 20 at 10:30 pm and Sunday, September 21 at 7:30 pm.  Tickets go on sale August 16 at 9 AM EDT.

“I couldn’t ask for a better partner. Ticketmaster’s scalper screening system is a wonderful idea…with that said, all I saw were tickets on every scalping site and the people that just wanted to come to the show could not get in. The folks at Ticketmaster were totally devoted to achieving our mutual goal ….that the on sale this Saturday runs faster and creates an easier process for people who want to come to the show,” said Garth Brooks.

News Update:  Ticketmaster issues seem to have been resolved and the Garth Brooks ticket demand is full force.  Garth has topped his ’96 Atlanta run and added more Atlanta shows.

Here are Garth Brooks Atlanta concerts:

Fri. September 19 – 6:30 pm

Sat. September 19 – 10:30 pm

Sat. September 20 – 6:30 pm

Sat. September 20 – 10:30 pm

Sun. September 21 – 7:30 pm

Fri. September 26 – 7:30 pm

Sat. September 27 – 7:30 pm

Garth Brooks has beaten his personal record for tickets sold in Atlanta. The record was previously set at the Omni, March 13th -17th, 1996, with 81,902 paid tickets. Garth has now surpassed that number and is still selling.
