Hot Apple Pie recently wrapped a whirlwind tour on the west coast in support of their self-titled debut album. It was a long weekend of no sleep, planes, vans, interviews and concerts for band members Brady Seals, Mark “Sparky” Matejka, Trey Landry and Keith Horne. How crazy? Before their concert in Costa Mesa, California, the band stopped in Los Angeles for a day full of interviews that included a TV taping on Venice Beach with CNN for an upcoming feature story.
Concertgoers surely kept their energy up, however: In Paso Robles, California, the guys had the audience dancing in the aisles at the California Mid-State Fair. It was definitely one of their hardest trips so far, but they say they love it! Brady offers, “We’re blessed to have this opportunity, so we’re going to make the most of it.î Up next: Hot Apple Pie will kick-off two sold-out shows for Tim McGraw in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on September 3rd; and Essex Junction, Vermont, on September 4th.
