Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles and Bon Jovi will perform “Who Says You Can’t Go Home,” the duet from Bon Jovi’s Have A Nice Day album, during the Dayton 500 pre-show airing at 1:30 PM EST February 19, 2006. The live performance will be part of the Sprint Tribute to America.
“We are excited to be able to bring two American icons together…” said Michael Robichaud, vice president of sports marketing for Sprint Nextel. “We felt it was important to provide first-class entertainment for the fans leading up to the biggest race of the year. Bon Jovi is a great fit, and we believe this year’s Sprint Tribute to America will be the best yet.”
Sugarland’s platinum debut album, Twice The Speed of Life, includes the hit singles “Baby Girl,” “Something More, and “Just Might (Make Me Believe).”
