Xcel Energy Center is located at 199 Kellogg Blvd, Saint Paul, MN  55102

Directions to Xcel Energy Center

Two major highways (Interstates 94 and 35E) run through downtown Saint Paul, making it easily accessible from all parts of the state. Xcel Energy Center is located on the corner of Kellogg Boulevard and W. 7th Street. The following directions will take you to the vicinity of Xcel Energy Center. For directions to parking lots, please refer to the parking section.


* Coming from the south
Take I-35 north to the Grand Avenue exit. Turn right and follow Grand Avenue to West Seventh Street. Take a left on West Seventh Street. Xcel Energy Center is located at the corner of W. 7th Street and Kellogg Boulevard.

* Coming from the north
Take I-35E south and exit on Wacouta, following it for seven (7) blocks to Kellogg Boulevard. Turn right. Xcel Energy Center is located at the corner of W. 7th Street and Kellogg Boulevard.

* Coming from the east
Take I-94 west and exit on 6th Street. Turn left on Kellogg Boulevard. Xcel Energy Center is located at the corner of W. 7th Street and Kellogg Boulevard.

* Coming from the west
Take I-94 east, exit on 5th Street. Xcel Energy Center is two stop lights from the exit ramp, straight ahead, at the corner of 5th Street and W. 7th Street.

Xcel Energy Center Parking
Two on-site ramps are available with more than 2200 parking spaces, all directly connected via climate controlled access.
– The RiverCentre ramp is situated across from RiverCentre/Xcel Energy Center with the entrance located on the south side of Kellogg Boulevard.
– The Kellogg ramp is below RiverCentre’s Convention Center with the entrance located on the north side of Kellogg Boulevard.

There are numerous other places to park in downtown St. Paul in both covered parking ramps and open lots. Detailed information is available at http://www.xcelenergycenter.com/parking and http://www.saintpaulparking.com
