Robert Earl Keen : Merry Christmas From The Family

Robert Earl Keen brings his trademark Texas-style fun to Martini Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona on December 6. REK fans can help spread holiday cheer by bringing non-perishable food items to the show. St. Mary’s/Westside Food Bank Alliance will be on hand at Martini Ranch to accept non-perishable food items. The Food Bank, which serves 900 agency sites in 13 of Arizona’s 15 counties, distributes enough food for 200,000 meals every single day. The best foods to donate are staple items, such as peanut butter, pasta, rice, canned vegetables and fruits, canned chicken, juice and canned meals. The set is sure to include material from Keen’s No. 1 Americana record and critically acclaimed CD, What I Really Mean (including the hit title cut and latest single “The Great Hank” – featured on Time Magazine’s “10 Songs for Late Summer” list), as well as fan favorites such as “Five Pound Bass,” “Merry Christmas From The Family,” and “The Road Goes On Forever.” Tickets priced at $20.00 in advance are currently on-sale at www.eveningstarproductions.com and all Ticketmaster outlets. To charge by phone, call 480.784.4444 (Phoenix Metro Area) or 520.321.1000 (Outside Phoenix Area). All dates, acts, and ticket prices are subject to change without notice. All tickets are subject to applicable taxes, and service and handling charges. For more show information, check out www.eveningstarproductions.com. On the day of the show, tickets will be priced at $22.00 and will also be available at Martini Ranch. Ticket holders must be 21 years and older with proper ID.

Robert Earl Keen’s new book, Merry Christmas From The Family is in stores now and is the perfect stocking stuffer. Using authentic Keen family photos, recipes, and craft instructions, it illustrates all the verses of the song, which you can sing along with on the accompanying CD. The book is 76 pages, includes color photos, and a CD of “Merry Christmas From The Family” with lyrics.
