Brooks & Dunn shattered the Houston Rodeo all-time attendance record Saturday night (March 18) with a paid attendance of 72,867. The prior record of 72,843 was set by Hilary Duff in 2005.

“This has been an outstanding RodeoHouston Finals performance,” said Leroy Shafer, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo chief operating officer. “The stadium was virtually full from the first rodeo event. These fans got to experience the most world champion cowboys and cowgirls ever. After the RodeoHouston Champions were named in each event, Brooks & Dunn performed an electric show.
