From I-94 Eastbound:
Take exit 156 (City Center/Bismarck Expressway). Follow Bismarck Expressway to 3rd Street. Turn left on 3rd Street. Take 3rd Street to Bowen Avenue. Turn right on Bowen Avenue. Go 2 blocks to the Civic Center.
From I-94 Westbound:
Take exit 161 (Bismarck Expressway). Follow the Bismarck Expressway to 3rd Street. Turn right on 3rd Street. Take 3rd Street to Bowen Avenue. Turn right on Bowen Avenue. Go 2 blocks to the Civic Center.
Bismarck Civic Center Parking
There are 5 parking lots around the Civic Center. There is a $2.00 parking fee in the 3 parking lots North of Bowen Ave (lots closest to the Bismarck Civic Center). The 2 parking lots South of Bowen Ave are free parking for patrons
