Clint Black : Drinkin' Songs & Other Logic

Drinkin’ Songs & Other Logic features all new music written by Clint Black – a 12-song collection that has the flavor and flair of the music Black grew up listening to.

“I went out and bought all the music I grew up on that I didn’t already have and spent three months listening to only that,” Black said. “Only stuff from before I started making records, so it was pre-1989 Waylon, Willie, Buck Owens, Haggard, Don Williams, Jim Croce. And what I discovered was a simplicity in song that I had moved away from. It was quite an emotional journey, because these were all songs that moved me and inspired me to do what I’ve been doing ever since.”

KMLE Country 108 is nationally credited as a leader in the Country format. The veteran air staff includes Dave “The Morning Mayor” Pratt along with Stacey Brooks from 5am to 9am, Lisa Malay from 9am to 2pm, CMA Personality of the Year, Stu Evans, is taking you through the afternoon from 2pm to 7pm, and you can join the “Nitetime Nation” with Jeff West from 7pm to Midnight. The KMLE takes the flavor of the Southwest, combines it with the culture that is Nashville and bring the Biggest Hits and Biggest Stars to life by providing a constant unduplicated experience.
