The Band Perry’s You Lie video, the third single from their debut album, is the follow-up to their number one hit If I Die Young. Directed by David McClister and written by Aaron, Brian and Clara Henningsen, You Lie is the tale of a woman angered by her partner’s infidelity and lying.

“‘You Lie’ is a flavor that nobody has tasted from the Band Perry,” Kimberly told The Boot. “When we heard that one, we said, ‘Oh, we have to record this song. That was our favorite one, so it’s going to be an exciting next page for the Band Perry.”
